People notice it from the front and then again when they get into the car. The double-sided print is a nice touch.

Overall rating: 4.8 / 5 from 60 reviews.
Put this on before picking up a friend and it definitely got a reaction. Simple idea but it works.
I expected it to look a little cheap but the print is actually sharp and the face reads well from a distance. Still a good buy for what I wanted it for.
Used it during October and it added a fun creepy detail without having to decorate the whole car.
The best part is how it looks when you walk toward the car. You notice the face before you realize what it is.
Took less than a minute to get it over the headrest. The image is clear and looks creepy through the window.
People notice it from the front and then again when they get into the car. The double-sided print is a nice touch.
I started with one just to see how it looked. I can see why people get a pair for both front seats.
I wasn't sure about the fit but it stretched over my SUV headrest without much trouble.
Bought this as a funny gift and it ended up going straight into the car. It was a hit. Overall I am happy with it, just keeping one star off because I expected a bit more brightness.
There really isn't much setup. Pull it over the headrest and you're done.
The print looks much more realistic once it is on the headrest. Easy to slide on and it stayed in place.
Got this for someone who loves horror movies. They liked it enough to leave it on the car full time.
I expected it to look a little cheap but the print is actually sharp and the face reads well from a distance. I only wish it were a little larger.
We took a few pictures of the car with these on and they came out really funny. It took a little longer than expected to get the placement right.
It has stayed in place during normal driving and hasn't needed much adjusting.

My passenger spotted it as soon as they opened the door. Exactly the kind of harmless prank I wanted.
